A brief call is the easiest way to find out. We will ask a few questions about your team size and the area you want to address. If a Process Read makes sense, we will say so. If you need a longer engagement, we will explain why — and if neither fits, we will tell you that too.

We meet with you and the people who run the process day to day. Together we walk through it step by step, noting handoffs, delays, and informal workarounds. Afterwards we produce a clear diagram and a short note on what we observed. A follow-up call confirms the refinements that seem most worthwhile.

We work with both. A Process Read is well suited for a team of five that feels disorganized. An Efficiency Study is more appropriate for an established operation with multiple departments. We scale our approach to the size and context of the business.

Typically four weeks from the first session to the delivery of the roadmap. The timeline depends on how many workflows we are reviewing and how available your team can be during the assessment. We keep the process light so it does not disrupt your regular operations.

Both options are available. Many clients prefer a mix — an initial in-person visit to understand the workspace, followed by remote sessions for regular check-ins. We are happy to work around what is most convenient for your team.

Everything shared during an engagement stays within it. We do not discuss client details with other clients, and we do not use your processes or data as case study material without explicit written permission. A confidentiality agreement is available on request before any work begins.
